The app allows Lvyly members to manage their membership profile, find answers to frequently asked questions and raise issues directly with us, communicate with your housemates, find essential information about your home and the services that are included in your rent, and purchase further services. The services of the website and the app are referred to herein as the “Services”.
Where we decide the purpose or means for the processing of the personal data that you provide when using our website, we are the “data controller” for the purposes of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (“GDPR”).
Our Services may contain hyperlinks to third party websites. These websites operate fully independently from us, and we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third parties nor the availability of these external websites or resources. Lyvly Community; Prospective Housemates. As part of the application process, we will share your personal data with our membership community prior to you joining Lyvly. This is part of the internal assessment process we undertake at Lyvly before becoming a member and we enter into an agreement with you.
We will also share your personal data with your prospective new housemates when we find suitable and compatible housemates for you to live with. This is to ensure you and your prospective new housemates are suitably matched to live with one another. We do this in order to group people with likeminded interests together to create a harmonious living situation. We will not share your personal data with our membership community, other than for the purposes outlined in this Policy.


Government authorities. In addition, we may disclose your personal data to the extent that we are required to do so by law (which may include to government bodies and law enforcement agencies); in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention).


Potential acquirers or investors.
