Lyvly rents to young professionals between the ages of 21-36.
Lyvly is for people at similar life stages searching to live with young professionals in high quality homes, and a curated community whom they can meet and enjoy the experience of low-stress shared living with. We are building a home away from home.
Do we rent to students?
We generally don’t provide accommodation for students as Lyvly is for young professionals aged between 21-36. However, we do have some Lyvly members who are PhD, MBA or Master’s students, so please apply if you’re also taking a postgraduate degree!
Do we rent to couples?
All our homes are designed to ensure spacious rooms and communal areas. This does mean all our rooms are single occupancy, and unfortunately, we do not accept couples.
What if I’m outside the age range?
Normally, we can’t consider your application if you’re outside this age range, but get in touch anyway. We may have some homes where you could live with housemates of a similar age range, whether you’re in your early 20s or late 30s.
