End my tenancy

If you are looking to leave Lyvly, here is everything you need to know

• I want to submit my notice to end my tenancy
  Sorry to hear that you are looking to leave Lyvly. If you would to submit your 2 months notice, click here.
• How much notice do I need to give?
  You contractually need to give us 2 months notice. This does need to be written and cannot be accepted verbally by our team. 
• Can my notice period be reduced?
  Our team do need 2 months notice to ensure we can find the right members to join our community. We will be unable to reduce your notice period for any reason. You can leave the home prior to your lease end, but you will be financially responsible for the whole notice period.
• I am still within my first 6 months at Lyvly
  If you are still within your first 6 months, you can still submit your notice. However you will be contractually and financially responsible until the end of that 6 month period. If you give notice at the end of the 6 months, this would still require 2 months notice. 
• Can I find someone myself to take my room?
  Yes, but they will still need to go through our application process and pass the membership committee. We do often have a referral scheme running, so look out for any rewards!
